Ori Rose – A.S.A.G

-

The past year for Ori Rose has been the definition of a breakthrough moment with him being awarded BMI’s Abe Olman Scholarship (awarded to the most promising young songwriter of the year), inking a publishing deal with Arcade Songs and his debut song Weekdays blowing up. He well and truly came onto the scene with a bang and it doesn’t look like his momentum is stopping anytime soon with his latest single A.S.A.G

Speaking about the track Rose said that the track, “is a feel-good, sweet love song, but pull back the curtains a bit, and the sarcasm becomes more evident. ASAG (standing for “A Song About Girls”) is less about a specific person, and more about imagining the idea of what finding your partner would feel like.”

This track pretty much demonstrates the chart potential that Rose has with this having an undeniable charm to it that makes me smile from ear to ear as the sincere lyrics gently wrap themselves around me. His vocal was made for the alternative pop genre with it having an unmistakable flair that gives his music that extra punch that makes it stand out from others within this genre effortlessly. If the past year is any suggestion Rose is only going to grow from here and we’re excited to see what’s next for this artist.
