Thanks to the internet the next generation of musical talent in Gen Z are out here thriving with countless new innovative pieces of music, exciting songs and new artists in general who are changing what it means to be a musician. One artist who looks to be doing that is the 15 year old London based musician flowerovlove who’s debut single Kiss & Chase is a beautiful introduction to her woozy soundscape of hazy melodies and feel good melodic vibes.
Her sound fits into the same area as Rex Orange County with the young artist carrying the same level of charisma and charm he has to his music but adds her own personal intimate flair into the production. It’s something I wouldn’t be surprised to see in an upcoming indie art house film with the dynamic production and her melodic vocal adding to that vibe the track offers. A strong debut from a young musician who looks like they could do some exciting things in this industry.
