If you’re a fan of laidback pieces of indie pop with a more emotionally inclined sonic soundscape like The 1975 and Lauv then Future Jr. is someone who you’re definitely gonna want to listen to. His latest track Pressure is an outpouring of emotive ambience with the story detailing Jr’s own personal experience of being caught in-between the person he love and the willingness to chase down his dreams in the music industry. The graceful tones of his vocal float beautifully over the intimately melancholy synths whilst the honest lyricisms detail his own inner turmoil over the situation he’s found himself caught in. This is one for those late night crying sessions.
