I’ll be honest when I say that I hadn’t heard of Silque up until I was sent this track but damn one listen to their dynamic sound I was compelled to dive into their back catalogue and experience the rest of their music first hand for myself. Their soundscape has developed so much from their early rock song to a more upbeat, thoughtful and easy-going Indie Rock mixed with more conventional pop melodies that has made people fall for their music.
Today we’re proud to premiere their latest offering to the world titled Anticipation, a glorious piece featuring a scintillating production of dazzling synths and melodic guitar melodies that make this a wonderful slow-burn that just has me hooked. However the highlight is the centre piece of the track, the vocals. They’re absolutely divine with those piercing high notes and emotionally captivating lows that make this piece as mesmerising as it is. Denmark are lucky to have a band like this.
