“Fashion Model Art” is a satirical take on the art world from Haiku Hands and Sofi Tukker

Haiku Hands have this fantastic ability to be able to craft music that will have you dancing in no time flat, they can turn the deadest of parties that may as well be a funeral in a place bursting with life with just a simple melody. They’re one of the hottest exports coming out of Australia right now with their tongue in cheek rave inspired music being utterly addictive and their latest number Fashion Model Art, featuring Sofi Tukker, will have you dancing like you’re an art student at Central Saint Martins in no time at all.

Their off the wall melodies and intoxicatingly buoyant beats thrive throughout with my head struggling not to bop along to the piece. Lyrically it’s a brilliant satirical take on the fashion and art world with the tribal chant of, “fashion fashion model model art art art,” getting stuck in my head instantly whilst simultaneously making me want to go to my nearest fashion show and just begin chanting it. It’s cheeky, it’s topical and most of all it’s a brilliant track that will get any club dancing.
