Tomorrow is one of the most exciting days of the year for me as Pale Waves release their debut album My Mind Makes Noises. Ever since their 2017 debut single There’s Honey I have been closely following their entire career, every single interview and music release I have been patiently waiting for the day they released their debut LP. If you can’t tell I am incredibly excited for tomorrow.
Now the band have dropped the final teaser of the album with their latest track One More Time and it’s exactly what I’ve come to love about the band. With their usual brilliant synth pop sound, a luscious melody that will be stuck in your head for days to come and a chorus that bursts to life and is frankly the best hook they’ve written so far. This is the type of band I would expect to feature in a modern The Breakfast Club soundtrack or even another film like The Perks of Being A Wallflower, they have that type of relatable youthful sound without ever forcing it. Tomorrow is set to be a fantastic day for music.
