If you’re looking for some good indie rock right now then look no further than Aussie quintet Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever who’s back catalogue is filled with unreal tracks with hard hitting rock guitars, hooks that no matter how hard you try just cannot get out of your head and an addictive energy that can’t be beaten. Today however they’ve got a new track to add to their sublime back catalogue with the lively single She’s There.

The best way to describe the sound of this track is tough pop, that is demonstrated through those eagworms they keep bringing out, mixed with elements of a softer punk with the guitar solos and harmonies being somewhat reminiscent of the early 60’s rock. That’s what I love about their sound though, it has something that appeals to so many demographics but is still so distinct that whenever a song by them appears on the radio you instantly know who it is. Then you combine all that with a killer music video and you’ve got a track that’ll keep you entertained for days on end.
