Toronto newcomer GRAE literally exploded onto the scene earlier this year with her stunning debut single New Girl and ever since then she has been repeatedly showing us all the scope of her musical talent. Her smokey vocals being ever-present in her music with the subtle use of R&B styled beats and her evocative songwriting style that, when mixed with her passionate vocals, leaves you feeling truly connected with her.

Her follow up single Your Hands was 100% anti-popstar with a disjointed production that is reminiscent of early 20’s Jazz mixed with her punchy and dynamic vocal adding that extra edge to it and by the end you’re left feeling like you can take on the world. She then came out all guns blazing with Woman’s World, a passionate, anger and empowering single with these powerfully poignant lyrics about her denouncing toxic masculinity and misogyny in the world. End it all with the release of her debut EP and it’s no surprise that GRAE has had a fantastic year.

In 2020 we can see this outstanding artist continuing to grow and become the next big thing to come out of the Canada, watch out Drake. Be sure to check out GRAE’s discography below, you won’t regret it!
