The majority of people in the world know Lune as the voice behind Swedish House Mafia but for the past few years she’s blazing her own trail as a solo artist with her dropping a plethora of track showcasing the diversity of her sound. Be it the pop anthem Talking Truth or the more experimental number Wi-Fi, she’s demonstrated her ability to craft songs that just take you away from the world as she takes you by the hand and pulls you into her own.
There’s no better example of all this than her latest release, the bubbly summer anthem Where Do Love Go that asked the question about where love goes once the relationship ends. Despite the deeper subject matter the track itself feels more like something you’d expect to hear being played as you drive down the coast in the summer with a buoyancy to the melodies mixed with the scintillating synths and her crystal clear vocal radiating warm summer vibes. It’s a feel good bop at it’s finest.
You’ve even got a beautifully shot music video to go along with the track that was filmed at a Scandinavian beach during the dead of winter, a nice contrasting element to the track, featuring three friends doing a playfully choreographed dance number as Lune explains, “Dancing with Emma and Hanna is magical. Our love is so strong that we felt that dancing on a summer beach on a hot day would have been too easy for us. I think we wanted to put our love to the test. And we made it.”
